Payroll Giving is one of the easiest, most tax efficient ways of making a regular donation to Self Unlimited and allows us to plan for the future.
Donations made through this scheme are taken from your gross pay. This means that your donation will cost you up to 40 per cent less due to the money being taken from your salary before tax is deducted.
How it all works
When you give to Self Unlimited through your payroll, your donation is taken before tax is deducted. So if you pledge £5, you actually only pay £4 and the taxman will add the extra £1
This means that £4 per month from your pay packet ends up as a donation that is actually worth £5 to Self Unlimited at no extra cost to you.
How to sign up for Payroll giving
You can choose to benefit Self Unlimited by signing up to Payroll Giving through South West Charitable Giving, or the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF).(Your HR/Payroll Department may already be registered for payroll giving so please check with them first of all.)
