The Telford Office of TSR have sold “Its All About Me” wine bar in Ironbridge.
The business has been sold as a going concern and the lease assigned to Self Unlimited, a local charity organisation, providing support services for people with learning disabilities, who will be undertaking a complete refurbishment of the building before taking occupation.
The property comprised ground and lower ground floor bar and restaurant, with the benefit of two self-contained residential apartments above, is situated on the main High Street of Ironbridge.Will Stisted of Anderson Longmore & Higham Solicitors acted on behalf of the Assignor.The Assignee was advised by Anita Chaudhary of Harvey Ingram.
Andrea Boswell-Moore Area Manager Occupation & Employment Services from Self Unlimited remarked, “We are a mission-based organisation that aims to support people with a learning disability to maximise choice and to realise their potential. The purchase of the Wine Bar, which will be operated in conjunction with our catering trainees, perfectly reflects the shared aspirations of Self Unlimited and the people who use our services. ‘The Olive Tree’, as it will in future be known, will enable people to build their confidence and to pursue ordinary life chances, such as obtaining work experience and finding and keeping paid employment. It’s a really exciting project for us and we look forward to welcoming and serving our local community!”
