If you are someone with a learning disability, then we can offer you the opportunity to remain in your own home, or in a joint tenancy or other option, and to receive as much assistance as you need in order for you to live successfully day to day.

Helping you to take more control over your own life is very important to us and we operate a system called Person Centred Planning to ensure that you remain at the centre of all the decisions that are made regarding your future. This means that you are able to involve all the people that support you to help you to achieve your own personal goals.

We can provide assistance, if required, to enable you to access your wider community and enjoy all the facilities available. Our day activities service is also able to offer a wide variety of different opportunities, such as gardening and cooking, while you might like to train in a specific activity to enable you to get a job.
