Our forward plans involve ongoing development of the depth and breadth of our housing options to meet the future needs of the people with learning disabilities in the area. At South Molton, in conjunction with Devon and Cornwall Housing Association, we have established an award winning development of eco-friendly homes that offer supported living for seven people.
